5 of us girlies from Barclays are cycling 500 miles for this good cause over just 10 days. When we agreed to sign up we thought it would be 4 weeks and that it would be a doddle LOL, then we saw that it was only 10 days. You have to at least sponsor us for our naivety!!

Most of my friends wouldn't know what its like to open the wardrobe and have nothing to wear for an interview or to lack the confidence to even apply for jobs and take part in interviews. This charity helps with some of the obstacles that prevent unemployed women from getting back into work.

In the run up to International Women's Day, we challenge our friends, families, colleagues and community to take part in the ultimate team cycling challenge, raising much-needed funds to help Smart Works clients transform their lives.
