A special walk to remember Thomas and raise funds for Children’s Hospice South West. Walking from Westonbirt which Thomas loved to Memorial Woodlands where he is buried. It will be a wonderful and enjoyable day as well as being a challenge.

Westonbirt Arboretum to Memorial Woodlands is 18 miles.

Around 30 of us are walking - Some the whole distance, some a distance that works for them. We also have an amazing support team of drivers and helpers.

Children's Hospice South West provides hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care and end of life care at 3 children's hospices; Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall.

We spent lots of time at Charlton Farm Hospice with Thomas throughout his 17 years of life. They supported through the time of his death in 2024 and continue to support us all now. We are so grateful for their continued love and care.
