Story
On the 20th June we will be participating in the annual LOROS Twilight Walk in memory of a beloved husband, father and friend who was cruelly taken far too young.
The Blood, Gardner, Kingsley, and Finch Families all met back in 2012 through antenatal and baby groups when our eldest children were born. Over the years, we grew very close and were devastated when Tom Finch was diagnosed with a brain tumour. After a brave fight, we sadly had to say goodbye to him in June 2023. Tom and his wife, Sarah, and children Poppy and James were supported by LOROS. It, therefore, seemed fitting to take on the challenge of the Twilight walk in Tom's memory and raise much needed funds for LOROS so they may support other families in their time of need.
The twilight walk has become a way for us to join together to honour Tom's memory and this will be the third year of attending. This time we will be joined by Sarah, Poppy and James making it an extra special walk.
