I fully believe, especially in times like these, that activity is hugely important to how we manage our way through this mess. We are finding it hard right now but imagine the hardship faced by children in war torn parts of the World. War Child do an amazing job in supporting children like this and have found it incredibly hard to keep up their amazing work.

This January I am joining a large group of people aiming to circumnavigate the globe - a mere 25,000 miles. Clearly not on my own! I'm aiming to add 1% of that target myself and I'm creating a team to join me in this.
