On the 19th June I will be joining a team of cyclists aiming to conquer the Coast 2 Coast challenge (over 130 miles) in 1 day to raise money for two charities. One in memory of a close friend no longer with us and one in support of another well respected member of the Workington Reds football family fighting an awful disease. Kind donations to both eother charity will be very much appreciated.
