189km bike ride, Urmston to Abersoch!! 🤡☠🤯 STAGE 2. Tour De Wales!!

Afternoon all!

This summer I will be participating in 2 long distance cycling events to raise money for Lymphoma Action on behalf of my Grandad Len Morris.

STAGE 1 will be the Manchester to Blackpool Christies 100km bike ride on 04/JUL/2021. Although ambitious, I'm aiming to complete the course in 3hrs 15min moving time.

******STAGE 1 COMPLETED in 3hrs 9min with an avg speed of 31.1km/h******

STAGE 2 will be a Manchester to Abersoch 189km route that myself and 2 friends will be participating in on 09/SEP/2021. We don't have a target time for this ride as we will be happy to complete it.
