Motor Neurone Disease isn't like a normal illness. There's no cure. It's a prolific terrorist that still to this day, can't be caught. Killing a third within a year and a half within two years. To make things worse, it does this in an merciful way, disabling its sufferers. Cruel doesn't do it justice.

The Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) are a heartfelt crutch for people diagnosed to lean on during difficult times. This charitable organisation provide support for sufferers and their families, plus contribute for exploratory research towards medicines and supportive care.

My mum and family are all Liverpool supporters. You'll Never Walk Alone is more than an anthem and is something we live by. Family is everything to me - I have to do something. That's why two close friends and I are riding to Liverpool's furthest away fixture - Brighton & Hove Albion. That's circa 300 miles!
