A group of mums have become good friends with meeting through our sons football team. Our lovely friend Michelle was diagnosed with Chronic myeloid leukaemia in 2004. This is a cancer that we were all not aware of until we met Michelle. Michelle was luckily enough to have her little boy Harry when going through her treatment, who is now 10 years old. She is on medication now to help her live a normal life day to day but it’s something that will always be with her.

We are walking for Michelle and all those with different types of blood cancer to raise awareness and to raise money for Blood cancer UK towards research and patient/family support.
