On 22 July, I will be taking part in the Trent 100 - a 100km stand up paddle down the River Trent over a 2 day period. On day 1 we paddle from Great Haywood to Barrow on Trent (57km/35 miles) and camp next to the river. On day 2 we will complete the 100km (43km/26 miles) travelling from Barrow on Trent to the finish line in Nottingham.
