My Story, Mmmm firstly all that I do for this challenge is in Honour of my late wife Sue ❤️now the old me would go into much detail as to why I’ve committed to this great cause not to mention challenge however the new me wants this to be about the fantastic people I’ve met over the last 30 months who have befriended me & shown great support compassion & empathy towards me not only @ TruGym but in everything I do…obviously my family & friends have done the hard miles with me but I’m touched by the love & kindness I’ve received by complete strangers many of whom have become lovely friends. TruGym is more than just a gym I look on it as a wellness centre & the hub of the local community & when talking to many of you you feel the same I have to mention Roisin ( manager ) who together with the wonderful staff make this a safe & wonderful place to be & not just to exercise as sometimes having a chat & coffee is all that’s needed So I know Roisin has been trying to get this event going for a few years now & i am delighted to help in her Quest to again support the local community & beyond & in supporting her the staff all the great people of our wonderful gym we now have an opportunity to give a little something back & say thank you for our gym & support The one love project & Mind our charities for this event…
