Trust Payments team fundraising for Turner Syndrome Support Society

Raising money for Turner Syndrome Support Society

The Turner Syndrome Support Society is a national charity caring for the needs of those with Turner syndrome throughout the UK, offering support and information to girls and adult women with TS, their families and friends. The Society also enjoys a good relationship with medical and other specialists to promote a good basis for education and uderstanding of the management of TS.

Story

A team of 20 Trust Payments staff and clients are taking on a challenge in the Lake District – a gruelling 64km multi-sport endurance event!

On 11 July, our intrepid team will cycle 45km, kayak 3km and finish off by climbing Helvellyn (16km) – all in support of a very special cause close to our hearts.

We're raising funds for the Turner Syndrome Support Society (TSSS) in aid of the daughter, of one of our Trust colleagues. Turner Syndrome is a rare chromosomal condition affecting only girls which causes growth issues, heart and kidney problems, infertility, and requires lifelong specialist medical care.

TSSS provides vital support, information and advocacy for individuals with Turner Syndrome and their families, so they never feel alone in this. The charity funds research, raises awareness, and creates a supportive community for those affected by this condition.

Every pound raised will go directly towards supporting TSSS and affected families. Our team is committed to raising a minimum of £5,000, and we need your help to reach this goal.

Thank you in advance for your generosity and support!
