Lizzie, Catherine, Lampros, Phil and Irina are running the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k 2025 in aid of Age UK so they can be there for older people with essential advice, support and friendship services when they're needed most.

Please donate to our page and TU will double any amount and the funds will help with Age UK's mission to ensure that every older person has someone to turn to, whether that is answering calls to their advice line, campaigning harder for older people's rights and fair treatment or providing regular friendship calls to people who are lonely.
