This year our family's world turned upside down when mum was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Since then she's been through brain surgery and radiotherapy, and has faced every bit of it with courage and determination.

On 20 March, we're doing a twilight walk together as a family to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity. It's 5km. Every step is a reminder of how far mum has already come.

The Brain Tumour Charity funds research into better treatments and supports families going through what we've been through. We've seen first-hand how much that support matters, and we want to help make sure the next family facing a diagnosis has even better options.
