Team "Two Dots" are raising funds for the organisations that offered incredible support through Zoë's cancer journey. They gave all of us strength, encouragement and love to give us all the best of days.

* Royal Marsden Cancer Charity to fund equipment, care and research

* Princess Alice Hospice to fund outstanding end of life care

* Maggies fund support, counselling and advice for families of patients at the Royal Marsden Hospital
