Story

Honoring Vanessa's Memory: Supporting LIBRA in the South Coast Ultra Challenge.

Join us in a heartfelt tribute to our extraordinary friend Vanessa, who tragically lost her life to Leukaemia in September 2020. To honor her memory and the incredible person she was, we are undertaking a gruelling 100km adventure in just 24 hours. The South Coast Ultra Challenge, taking place in September 2023, marks three years since we lost Vanessa.

Vanessa was an incredible person, larger than life, and filled with love and laughter. To honor her, we have chosen to raise funds for the Lions International Blood Research Appeal (LIBRA). This amazing organisation supports groundbreaking research and treatments for blood cancers at King's College Hospital.

We witnessed firsthand the exceptional care Vanessa received at King's, thanks in part to LIBRA's efforts. By donating to our JustGiving page, you will directly contribute to LIBRA's mission, funding life-saving treatments, and providing hope to those battling blood cancers.

Together, let's make a lasting impact in Vanessa's memory. Your support and contributions will help us cross the finish line and bring light to those affected by Leukaemia.

Join us as we run, push our limits, and create a brighter future for patients fighting blood cancers. Together, we can make a difference.

Thank you for your generosity and support.
