Vanessa and Jo from the Society Of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA), along with friends and supporters are cycling 100 miles around Kent on 17th June 2023, to raise much needed funds and awareness of Hourglass (Safer Ageing). Both Vanessa and Jo are keen cyclists, however neither has cycled 100 miles in one day. Both were inspired after hearing from Hourglass at the SOLLA conference in the Autumn. Keen to get fitter, have a challenge and raise awareness for this extremely worthwhile cause, they have set a date and are now braving the cold and pot holes to get fit.
