This September, the team at Vibe Recruit will be taking on the Swansea Bay 10K in support of Cancer Research UK.

Many of us will already know someone who has been affected by cancer, whether that's a family member, friend, colleague, or loved one. Sadly, cancer impacts so many lives, and the chances are that most of us will be touched by it in some way during our lifetime. That's why this cause is so important to us.

Now, we're not runners by any stretch of the imagination! For some of us, completing a 10K will be a real challenge. But we're determined to give it our best shot, step outside our comfort zones, and raise as much money as possible for an incredible cause.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help fund the life-saving research carried out by Cancer Research UK. Their work continues to improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment, helping more people live longer, healthier lives.
