The Lending Insights Team are coming together to do their own Mighty Hikes across locations in 2022 and as Macmillan are the charity partner of Virgin Money we join the ambition to contribute towards raising £250,000 a year.

The idea:

Raise money for a good cause whilst promoting an active approach to team building! By using a Community Day, with an expectation that colleagues will donate an amount equivalent to at least the entry free of an official Mighty Hike (£25) whilst encouraging them to seek sponsorship from friends/family. Or come up with your own creative plan! For instance, on top of the entry fee, I intend to add a £1 for every mile walked, and match every £1 I spend on food and drink throughout the day too!
