My mum and I have signed up for the Lincoln 10K taking place at the end of October and for those of you who know Lincoln, I really hope ‘Steep Hill’ is not part of the route. Neither of us have ever done a 10K before but i am wanting to raise money for the following –

Sadly, I lost my father-in-law in September, within 8 weeks of being diagnosed with cancer.

He managed to spend his last few days in a wonderful hospice https://www.priscillabaconhospice.org.uk/ who took care not only of him, but supported my husband too. The hospice launched an appeal in 2019 to raise money to build a desperately needed new hospice and we are hoping to make a contribution to this.
