Bradford City AFC is proud to launch an inspiring new community fundraising event, “Walk and Talk with the Bantams” – a unique 18 mile circular walk designed to celebrate our city, promote wellbeing, and support an essential cause.

Starting and finishing at the iconic Valley Parade, participants will embark on a memorable journey through some of Bradford’s most well-loved landmarks. The route takes in Centenary Square, passing through the World Heritage Site Saltaire, the historic Five Rise Locks, Shipley

Glen, Baildon Moor, Denso Marston Nature Reserve, and Lister Park, showcasing the very best of the district’s heritage and natural beauty.

Along the way there will be some planned pit stops to rest and connect with those walking. This walk provides a great opportunity to promote Mental Health in your organisation, a great opportunity for team building and connecting with people!

This event is all about more than just walking – it’s about connection. Whether you're chatting with fellow supporters, colleagues, or new friends along the way, “Walk and Talk with the Bantams” encourages open conversations around mental health while raising vital funds for Bradford District and Craven Mind, the Club’s official mental health partner.

Bradford District and Craven Mind's mission is to make sure that no one in our community has to face a mental health issue alone. They are an independent registered charity that is affiliated with national Mind but relies on their own resources to provide local services. Last year they supported over 17,000 local people!
