As a family Mum, us kids and the grandkids will be walking the Thames 10k Sunflower Walk in memory of our amazing Dad, the walk is on the 8th September & Dads year anniversary of his passing is on the 4th of September so we felt this was a great way to honour his memory & to raise money for the amazing Thames Hospice.

The hospice gave Dad the best care & made him feel comfortable in his home in his last few days with us & this was all done with compassion, dignity & respect, not only did they provide Dad with support, love & care they also provided the family with the same 💚

As a family we want to give back to the hospice because they truly are angels, as we will be forever greatful for how they helped us & Dad in his final days/hours 💚 We know Dad will be proud of us, cheering us on from the sidelines & by all of our sides in spirit & most likely laughing at the state of us all at the end but Dad we all walk in memory of you keep flying high & watching over us 💙
