When you know someone with Parkinson’s, you will realise how much of a cruel, relentless disease it is. The disease takes far more than most people realise and is more than just Shakey hands, It can slowly steal movement, sleep, confidence, independence and the simple everyday things so easily taken for granted.

Yet despite the devastating impact it has on individuals and families, Parkinson’s still isn’t talked about enough. Even worse, it currently can not be cured.

That has to change.
