20 wonderful Wates volunteers have pledged their time to provide support, advice and feedback to disadvantaged young women seeking employment. The Young Women’s Trust’s Work It Out programme, matches our fab Wates volunteers to their network so we can give advice and feedback on CV's and job application letters, helping identify their strengths and secure interviews.
