On the 15th of June 2025 we will be attempting to ride the London to Brighton bike ride in memory of our friend Paul Burrows, who sadly passed away last year from cancer.

We all have great memories of Camping and Centre Parks Holidays over the years with Paul and his family and we also did various charity rides with Paul over the years raising money for local hospices, cancer research, Parkinsons disease etc.

The last big ride Paul did was in effect a ride from London to Brighton on the 11th of September 2022 to support one of his friends Rob who was diagnosed with Parkinsons at a young age.

Phil and Patrick are veterans at this race but for Yves, Sam and Laurence (Paul’s son) this will be a first! We are looking forward to riding together and sharing memories of Paul whilst fundraising for a worthy cause. Paul’s bike will be ridden by Laurence so Paul with be with us in spirit and bike.

We all know of or have experienced the loss of loved ones because of cancer and we therefore have chosen Cancer Research UK as our charity to ride for.

We would greatly appreciate any donation to our chosen charity in aid for crucial cancer research to help to irradicate this disease.
