Story
In 2024, I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. What followed was one of the toughest battles of my life — filled with complications, setbacks, and moments that truly tested me. But in 2025, I received the words I had been hoping and fighting for: complete metabolic remission.
There were days I didn’t know how I would get through it. I couldn’t have done it alone. My family and friends stepped up, stepped in, and carried me when I didn’t have the strength myself. Their love, support, and encouragement meant everything.
Today, I’m healthy enough to walk — and that is something I will never take for granted. Taking part in the Lymphoma Bridge Walk isn’t just about the distance; it’s about celebrating life, resilience, and the people who stood beside me through it all. It’s about hope for everyone still fighting, and gratitude for every step forward.
This walk is for survivorship. For support. For strength. And for the incredible community that makes no one face lymphoma alone.
