Alzheimer’s is a cruel disease. It doesn’t just affect one person — it slowly changes an entire family. We’ve seen firsthand how it steals memories, independence, and the little everyday moments that make someone them. Watching someone you love struggle to remember names, faces, or shared memories is heartbreaking, and it’s something no family is ever truly prepared for.

Our families have been deeply affected by Alzheimer’s, and it’s shown us how urgent and important research really is. Behind every diagnosis is a family trying to stay strong, giving everything they have, and loved ones holding onto moments of clarity when they come. Research offers hope — hope for better treatments, better care, and one day, a cure so future families don’t have to go through this.
