On 15th March 2026, we will be running the Falmouth Half Marathon to support Children’s Hospice South West. Every step we take is for babies, children, and young people living with life-limiting conditions and for the families who care for them every day.

We’ve seen the incredible difference these hospices make, and we want to help give families comfort, support, and precious moments together. Little Bridge House in Devon, Charlton Farm in Somerset, and Little Harbour in Cornwall provide hospice stays, emergency care, palliative care, and end-of-life care, ensuring children and families receive the care they need when it matters most.
