Myself and my lovely colleague/friend Amanda are taking part in the YorkshireThree Peaks challenge on Saturday 26th June 2021 to raise money for the Alzheimers Society. It is a charity close to our hearts as the majority of our patients have some type of Dementia, and we work with some amazing dementia advisors from the Alzheimers society. Dementia is an incredibly challenging disease to live with, for both patients and their carers/families, and we want to do everything we can to help those affected.

This challenge will be physically and mentally tough, and even tougher because I have set us a goal of completing it in 10 hours!!
