Over the past 20 years we have prided ourselves on being an integral part of our local community and supporting charities close to our heart. In 2019 we launched our My Make a Difference Day Volunteering Scheme and partnered with 6 local charities. The scheme enables our people to undertake a days volunteering with one of our partners and helps us to give back and support the amazing work each charity does in our local area. In addition to volunteering we also support each charity in their fundraising activities, whether that is funding a supper club, providing provisions for those in need or supporting local events.

In our 20th year as a business, we are launching our Year of Giving Back Initiative where we are planning a series of events from July 2022 to July 2023 with the aim of raising £20,000 to support our charity partners:

Our most recent event was Tough Mudder at Heaton Park on 22nd October when a team from across the business put themselves through a very dirty and energy sapping obstacle course with great success!

To launch the year of giving back, our Management Board led the way with a 20 mile walk around Bury on 11th August.

If we hit our £20,000 target we will also make a donation to The Fusilier Museum - we are lucky enough to have our Head Office in the old Fusiliers Barracks premises and our link with the regiment is a privilege.
