Story

It is an annual tradition for Atfalul Ahmadiyya UK to support a charitable cause and raise money for various projects. This year we will be raising funds to build a school in Uganda with Humanity First UK.

Humanity First UK is an international non-profit NGO that focuses on humanitarian and development projects across the world. Humanity First has built or runs 100 schools across the world under its “Knowledge for Life” programme.

The Goal

We have set a target of just over £35,000 to fund the building of infrastructure, set up for three classrooms and Toilet facilities. All the funds that are raised will go towards the development of the school.

Uganda Trip

A group of Atfal may have the opportunity to travel to Uganda later in the year to be able to see first-hand the impact of their fundraising! As part of the visit, we will be holding a 5km Charity Challenge event,
