Story
St Clare Hospice is a local charity and each year care for hundreds of people across West Essex and the East Hertfordshire border. They provide free, compassionate care and support to adults who are living with a life-limiting illness, facing the end of life or experiencing bereavement.
St Clare need £15,000 per day to operate, and we're aiming to keep them going for 2 weeks.
In efforts to reach our target of £200,000 for St Clare Hospice, we are taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. The Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge is a well-known hiking and endurance event in the UK, located in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It involves climbing the three highest peaks in the area:
As well as individual events, Shaun is skiing 100km to the South Pole . It will be a journey of hardship and dedication, and from training to fundraising, we're committing to get the job done.
