Hi! We are Young Women Walk (Aimee, Amanda, Fatima, and Grace) and on Sunday 16th August we’ll be taking part in the Dundee Kiltwalk to raise money for The Young Women’s Movement.

The Young Women’s Movement (YWM) is Scotland’s national organisation for young women’s leadership and rights. YWM runs programmes that build confidence and leadership skills, creates spaces where young women can speak openly about their experiences and shape solutions to the issues affecting them, and drives research and campaigns that ensure those voices shape decision-making at every level.

We’ve all been part of this work and felt its impact first-hand – from building lasting friendships to being empowered to speak up and lead change.

At a time when progress on gender equality can’t be taken for granted, YWM’s work is more important than ever. Donations will support programmes and campaigns that amplify young women’s voices and help create a fairer, more equal Scotland.
