I have committed to achieving a goal, in 100 days or less, in order to help The Florida Center for Early Childhood raise $100,000 to support children and families in need.
It has been a stressful and difficult year and we wanted to help increase self care for the staff and the families in our community by sharing different mindfulness activities. Our team will be performing 100 different mindfulness activities and sharing them with the staff and the community to increase wellness and raise funds to support The Florida Center's mental health counseling, developmental therapies and early education programs.
