Please support us as we run for local women and children who have been affected by domestic violence.

We want to raise enough money so that we can give children in refuge a day trip during the summer holidays.

Can you imagine having to flee and leave everything behind?  Your friends, your school, your favourite toys?  We want to give children in refuge a positive experience, the chance to make happy memories and the opportunity to have fun!

We don't receive any funding to support our activities.  With your help, we want to raise enough money to pay for coach travel (which will be in excess of £600) and to organise a cracking day out.

Team BSWA is made up of our incredibly brave support staff and project workers.  They have been training tirelessly over the past few months, ditching their Snickers for Sneakers and meeting up at weekends to take part in local Park Run's and increase their fitness.

In the past year, Birmingham & Solihull Women's Aid supported 7,019 women and 4,135 children.  Sadly, we know there are many more who need our help.
