Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

In 2011, Kevin and Alison Queenan gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Ava. When Ava was 4 weeks old, she was diagnosed with a rare liver condition, biliary atresia, which required life saving surgery. She is a little fighter and has made steady progress since. The condition she has, currently doesn't have a cure, and in the future she may need a liver transplant.

Since she was diagnosed the Children's Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF) have been a massive part of the Queenan's family lives. They provide support to Ava and her family throughout her life, which was invaluable when she first was so unwell and our lives had been turned upside down.

This is our chance to give back to the wonderful charity so they can continue helping families like ours.

Ava's dad Kevin, uncles Colm and James,  and godfather Richard will all be cycling from Norwich FC to Torquay FC via Cambridge Utd FC & Watford FC in just 5 days! All these teams play in yellow, and we will finish the cycle ride on Big Yellow Friday, March 7th, 2014. Scott Dick and Norman Frape will be operating the invaluable support vehicle.
