10 of us are going to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdonia in 24 hours to raise money for The Pied Piper Appeal, through the Heartfelt Foundation. This will take place over 27th and 28th June.
This year Heartfelt are hoping to raise £8,000 through various events for the Emily Kent Oncology Unit at Gloucester Royal Hospital, where the children need a play room that is separated from other patients due to their low immunity system.
Around 7,000 sick children a year pass through the children's ward and approximately 30% of these children are suffering from cancer related issues, making this project very worthwhile.
With 9 weeks to get in shape for this adventure, I am hoping you will all support me!!
