I shaved my head in April 2014 to fulfil a vow and also thought it was good to raise money for charities at the same time.
I am raising money for two worthy charities - Cancer Research and Fircroft Trust and they are both set up below.
My immediate family members and friends have been affected by cancer so I would like to raise money for research with the hope that someday there would be a vaccine or cure....
I learnt about Fircroft Trust through work and the amazing work this charity does with people with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities.
My mother and daughter joined me and shaved their heads in Tirupati, Andra Pradesh, South India. We went up the hills of Tirumala along with thousands of devotees who came from different parts of world.
