There are approx. 20 of us who will be trekking Everest Base Camp in April 2013, some of us know each other already, some don't know each other yet. Whilst we're hoping that the trek will be lots of fun (and it will), it's also quite a challenge, with high altitudes, extreme weather conditions and the usual perils that go with taking on such a formidable landscape. Not to mention the lack of hot showers! Eek!!!
