I am walking 1000 miles round the entire coast and border of Wales, which is probably not far short of two million steps ... so maybe you can give a little money to one of the charities I'm promoting.
Tenovus is a cancer charity based in Cardiff, which both produces world-leading research and provides practical cancer support throughout Wales.
The MHA provides care for the elderly acriss the UK, and has a number of homes and centres around the coast of Wales centred around Colwyn Bay in the North, Aberystwyth in the West and Penarth in the South. I will visit some of these during my walk.
