MS is a neurological condition that affects the ability of nerve cells to communicate.
Hannah was diagnosed with MS two years ago when she was 24.
Despite dramatic changes to her life she has found the strength to persevere. We're very proud.
Now we're doing what we can to support Hannah and others with MS by fundraising for the MS Society.
We're going to kick off by running the Great North Run on 7th September.
Donating to the MS Society means more research and more support for people with MS and their families.
