Sophie Bell was at Exning Primary School for six years. She always had a smile and was a popular member of our school family.
Sophie was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2012 and sadly lost her battle for life in December. Sophie is greatly missed by all but will never be forgotten.
Many of the children have discussed ways to raise money for the charities that were involved during such a terrible time.
We have decided to raise money for CLIC Sargent and Milton Each. They offered invaluable support for pupils and staff at Exning as well as Sophie and her family.
We will be taking part in a whole school sponsored walk along with other schools in Newmarket to ensure we can raise as much money as possible.
