On 16th September 2016 we will be challenging ourselves to row the length of lake Windermere twice. This is 21 miles, and the equivalent of the English Channel, and a challenge we’re hoping to complete as a team in under 7 hours.
We’re doing this to support a fantastic local charity, Candlelighters, who we have supported for the past three years. Based in Yorkshire, Candlelighters provides essential practical, emotional and financial support and services to children with cancer and their families. The charity is formed and run by parents of children who have or have had cancer, ex-patients and the medical staff who treat them.
We hope that you can support our efforts by sponsoring us and help raise some much needed funds to an amazing life changing charity.
