Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. They'll make sure Gift Aid (an additional 25%) is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer, too. That means more money goes to the charity, faster, with JustGiving.
16 colleagues, 3 peaks, one good cause
3 peaks in one weekend. The National 3 Peaks Challenge will pit Team HSBC colleagues against 3 of the highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales. The challenge will take an estimated 15 hours of hiking and 10 hours of driving from one peak to the next. With the trip scheduled for 1-2 October 2016, the team is taking the months prior as an opportunity to raise funds for a good cause.
Some battles aren't left on the battlefield. The team is united with the common interest of raising funds for Blesma a charity dedicated to assisting serving and ex-Service men and women who have suffered life-changing limb loss or the use of a limb, an eye or sight. Their members include veterans from recent conflicts to those who served in the First World War, some having lived with limb loss for more than half a century. Blesma are a relatively small unknown charity so the money will make a huge difference to their charity. The funds raised by the team will go towards assisting limbless veterans to lead independent fulfilling lives.
A diverse team comes together, help the team reach the goal! The team started raising funds in June and is off to a good start. But they still need your help to hit the fundraising target. HSBC will be matching up £500 raised per person making every donation count twice.
