We've joined together to raised money for the BUJAGALI TRUST in UGANDA. You'll see our team fundraising target on the right. Your donation can really help us achieve this goal.
Members of our team travelled to Uganda in October 2010 to work in a school community helping to build a new kitchen, renovate classrooms, paint buildings, assemble new desks, construct new sporting equipment and run sports coaching sessions.
The group raised all the money for the materials, tools and related equipment for the project by undertaking their own sponsored activities.
In October 2012 another group of Leighton Park students is travelling to Uganda to do similar work in a similarly poor and under privileged community. Our fund raising effort is designed to assist this group so that they may have all the equipment required to complete a number of worthy community projects whilst they are there.
