On 22nd September our darling boy Ryan would have celebrated his 5th birthday. This month we should have bought his school uniform as he would have started school in September, which he was looking forward to. The day before Ryan died Ben had put his uniform on for the first time to show Grandad Mike, and Ryan had talked excitedly of when he would start school with Ben. Our darling never got to see that day.
Once again as a family, we have decided to support our local Air Ambulance and take part in the Herts Air Ambulance 'Red Fun Run'. This takes place in Stevenage on Sunday 29th September 2013.
Ryan was airlifted to hospital after his accident giving him the best possible chance, but it wasn't to be. As a family we will be forever grateful that the Air Ambulance Service came to our aid and ensured Ryan was at hospital receiving the best medical care as quickly as possible. We want to raise funds to ensure this service which is funded by charity is available to other families in their hour of deepest need.
