Founded by my grandfather, St Lukes is a charity that cares for people in the Sheffield area of who have a terminal illness - aiming to control symptoms, alleviate pain, and offer support to them and their families to ensure the best possible quality of life.
Just to keep the engines running, we need to raise over £5.6 million each and every year, and I am therefore using this bike ride as a chance to help chip away at this deficit and help to ensure St Luke's can continue to provide the best palliative care in Sheffield.
