Since Ashley's passing on 20th March 2004, Team Ash have been raising money in his memory.
Ashley Livesey was only 15 years old when he tragically collapsed whilst running cross country at Woodbank Park for Royton & Crompton School. He had previously been fit and well, with no knowledge of any underlying heart condition.
Team Ash have raised £1,000's over the years to support cardiac charities SADS and CRY - this money goes towards defibrillators, increasing awareness, cardiac screening days and research.
We have recently donated a number of defibrillators to local sports clubs and schools to improve access to this essential life saving equipment.
