A few years back (and a few stone heavier) the thought of running 1 mile would never of crossed my mind.
However, in 2011 I realised a lifestyle change was very much needed. And with my love of sport - exercise seemed to be the obvious choice.
I started swimming and running regularly ...and even joined the rugby team at Cardiff Uni.
In 2012, I found myself running my first half marathon. Since then, I have ran 7 more and even completed my first full marathon in May 2014 - in a time of 4:54.
2015 is here and I decided it's time for a challenge. I have committed myself to running 2 half marathons and 2 full marathons
