Story

Hi all!

For those of you who don't know, the two of us are currently in training for the BHF London to Brighton Trek on Saturday 21st June. It's a 64 mile walk starting from London, carrying on throughout the day and night, and ending in Brighton the following day after no sleep, blistered feet and many, many hours in each other's company...

Are we suckers for punishment? Yes. But we wouldn't even contemplate doing something so mad if it wasn't for a good cause! That cause is the British Heart Foundation, who are blummin awesome people. They work tirelessly fighting the causes of heart disease so that the people you love can live long, happy lives. A couple of quid helps them do that.

So that's where you fine bunch of people come in! If you could spare the cost of a cup of coffee to sponsor us to make our bodies very, very sore and raise money for a mega charity, we would be forever grateful. If you could stretch to donating the cost of one of those extra-big clever cups of coffee, with shots of hazelnut and whipped cream and nutmeg shavings, we would probably name a blister after you (as well as being even more grateful!) If you are a bit strapped for cash and just want to cheer us on, we would love that too. Anything you can do to support us would make us very happy people, so please please please do what you can.

Thanks everyone - you guys rock!

Much love,

Shauna and Andy (aka Team Shandy)
