ActionAid is an international charity working with women and girls to create a more just, equitable and sustainable future. We work across the world with local communities, women's networks and other allies to support women and girls as they tackle injustices and claim their rights.

We are cycling the 184 Miles from the source of the Thames to the Thames Barrier.
